Policies

Please contact us directly to make a reservation (phone or email).  While we do have an online availability calendar, we do not have an online booking engine - you must contact us directly.

We use a secure online payment processing system called Square.  When you reserve with us, you will receive an emailed deposit invoice that can be securely paid online through Square with any major credit card.  14 days prior to arrival you will receive an emailed invoice through Square for the balance owing.

We also accept e-transfers (within Canada) - please advise at the time of booking if you'd prefer to pay via e-transfer.

DEPOSIT POLICY:

• A deposit of the first night's fee is required to guarantee all reservations. We will send you, via email, a deposit invoice through the Square payment processing system that can be paid securely online.
• Balance owing is due 14 days prior to arrival
• A deposit of 50% may be required for multiple room bookings or long term stays (5 nights and more).

A reservation confirmation email will be sent once the deposit is paid.

As we are a small B&B, cancellations greatly affect our business. Please ensure you read the following cancellation policy:

• 1 night stays are payable in advance and are non-refundable.
• All cancellations are subject to a $50 administration fee per room.
• Stays of 2 or 3 days require 14 days advance notice of cancellation or the entire deposit becomes non-refundable.
• Stays of 4 days or longer, or multiple room bookings, require 30 days advance notice of cancellation or the entire deposit becomes non-refundable.
• Early departure or shortening a reserved stay:  As we do not overbook our rooms we expect guests to be with us for all the days they have reserved. Should you have to shorten your stay (depart earlier than planned or arrive later) please understand you are still responsible for all the nights you have booked unless we are able to rebook them.

We strongly suggest you purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in the event of unforeseen changes to your travel plans.

• 2 night minimum
• 3 night minimum stay on holiday long weekends
• 1 night stays may be accepted if it fills a gap between other bookings.  There is a $20 (plus tax) surcharge for 1 night stays.

We are an adult oriented property and are not suitable for children under 18.

There are no pets on site and we are not able to accept pets-sorry!

There is 1 parking spot available for each B&B room, first come, first served.

If extra parking is required or you're not able to fit your large truck into one of the spaces without blocking the garage or other parking spots, please park in the cul-de-sac at the top of the driveway!

Our home is 100% non-smoking.  For the comfort and health of your hosts and all guests, smoking and vaping is only permitted in the designated areas (at the fire pit or in the parking area).  Please use the receptacles provided.

Cannabis smoking/vaping is not permitted on the property.

While we encourage our guests to enjoy themselves, please be aware that parties are not permitted.  We respect our guests privacy and request that our guests kindly respect the other guests at the B&B and the other home owners in our neighbourhood.

We are located in a quiet residential area on a dead end street.  Local noise bylaws are enforced between 11pm - 7am.

If you're looking for a party place - this is NOT the place for you!

Visitors of B&B guests (not registered guests):

Visitors are NOT permitted to use the amenities at the B&B (pool, hot tub, etc.), but are welcome to visit with you in front of your suite.

Loungers/patio furniture on the decks should not be occupied by visitors if registered B&B guests are present.
